Bridge started serving home-bound adults during the spring of 2013 in San Diego, California. Over the next 3 years, Bridge was focused on creating a fun, loving work culture and perfecting a model branch office that could be duplicated up along the California coast. 2016 was the year bridge branched off for the first time and started the Riverside home health branch.
Not long after the launch of the Riverside Home Health and Hospice branch, eyes cast north with plans to service the central coast and San Francisco Bay Area. Today we service 11 counties surrounding the Bay Area and Central Coast including Monterey.*

Bridge provides in-home based home health services including palliative care in some locations and hospice to the California area. Our Home Health services include nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social work, and home health aid. Bridge Hospice services include nursing, home health aide, social work, chaplain, and volunteer services.
*Bridge Home Health and Bridge Hospice service the following areas: San Diego, Orange County, Riverside, San Bernardino, Palm Springs, Central Coast, Santa Cruz, Monterey, Bay Area, and East Bay. We recently grew in the North Bay Area including Marin, Sonoma, Napa, and Solano counties.
